Jonathan William de Burgh Persse Memorial Service

The King’s School was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of distinguished former teacher, Old Boy (’52) and Governor of The King’s School Council, Jonathan William de Burgh Persse on Monday 19 September 2022.
A much-loved husband to Georgina, loving uncle and friend to many, Jonathan served as a committed and deeply engaged teacher and was the quintessential King’s Master.
Please join us on Monday 28 November 2022 at 11.00am in The King’s School Chapel to reflect on and commemorate a wonderful life of service. Refreshments and a light lunch will be held at 12.00pm in the Thomas Memorial Pavillion following the conclusion of the service.
